Improvement of TASBE Flow Analytics package

The package now comes with multiple releases (Version at start of reporting period: 7.3.0; Current version: 8.2.1). Improvements include calibration of particle size measurements, user-driven improvements of the interface, and an option to processing CSV data and synthetic channels.
