Synthetic chromatin-based memory system

The results of the synthetic chromatin-based memory system have been published in the journal Cell: “Engineering Epigenetic Regulation using Synthetic Read-Write Modules” (see Products). All data, protocols, and materials described in the Cell paper are available to the community upon request. Additionally, the key plasmid constructs encoding the various memory modules have been deposited to Addgene, a non-profit plasmid repository, for distribution to the community.

The Khalil lab maintains an active lab Addgene page.
